Touch Me

October 9, 2017

Touching more creates a stronger bond.

We’ve all read the studies that reveal oxytocin levels are elevated, and overall health is better when there is consistent touch between partners.

Hold hands. Rub shoulders. Hug, Kiss, etc. 😉

Prioritize what happens in the bedroom. It takes more than sex to build a strong marriage, but it’s nearly impossible to build a strong marriage without it!

If touching isn’t happening at home, it will happen somewhere else. Most men and women end up having affairs because they feel disconnected from their spouse.

Stay connected. Touch your spouse. Often.

G&C

#freebie – apply the “Vegas Rule” to your bedroom.  Whatever happens in your bedroom, stays in your bedroom.  Communicating with your spouse about sex is vital to a healthy marriage.  Communicating with your friends about what happens/doesn’t happen is not.
